A: On our event page, click the "Buy Tickets Now," "Tickets and Sponsorships," or "Register Now" button. This will take you to the ticket order form where you'll create your GiveSmart account as part of checkout.

A: You'll be asked to enter:
Q: Do I need to create a password?
A: Yes. After entering your basic information, you'll create a password for your account and check the boxes agreeing to the terms and conditions and, if you'd like, text message notifications. Then click "Create my GiveSmart Account" to finish registration.
Q: What if I already have a GiveSmart account (from a previous event)?
A: You don't need to create a new one. Just click the option to log in with your existing account instead of registering, and use your existing username and password.
Q: Will I need to enter payment information?
A: Yes, if you plan to purchase a ticket. During or shortly after checkout, you'll be prompted to add a credit card on file. You can add or update payment cards anytime later from the "My Info" page once logged in.
Q: How will I know my registration and purchase were successful?
A: You'll see a confirmation ("You're All Set!") message once registration is complete, and you'll typically receive a confirmation email or text with your ticket and event details.
Q: Can I buy tickets from my phone, or do I need a computer?
A: Either works. GiveSmart is mobile-friendly, so you can register and buy tickets from a phone, tablet, or computer.
