How It Works:
🔹 Initial Drawing
- At 7:30 PM, we will draw 100 names from all tickets sold.
- These 100 semi-finalists will be:
- Displayed on screens at the Holiday Ball
- Announced on Facebook Live
!!!! Not in the 100 Names - You’re still In the Game!!!!
o Even if your name is not among the initial 100 selected, don’t give up hope — you’re still in the running!
o During the Final Five Stage, once five finalists are identified and one is eliminated, we will randomly draw one name from all remaining tickets (those not previously eliminated) to rejoin the finalists as the fifth member.
o This means every ticket still in the pool — whether or not it was part of the original 100 — has a second chance to win up to a $5,000 Grand Prize.
o So Don’t think the you are out of it with the 100 initial draws — you might just be the comeback story of the night!
🔹 Elimination Rounds
- Starting at 7:45 PM, 10 names will be eliminated every 15 minutes until 10:00 PM:
- At 10:00 PM, we move into the Final-Five Stage
Final-Five Stage – Split or Play
- Five names are randomly selected from the 10 remaining.
- One of those five is immediately eliminated, leaving four.
- One new name is drawn from all tickets (except the 4 tickets left on the board) bring the total back to 5 finalists.
Split or Play Decision Process
- The five finalists must then either:
- Unanimously agree to split the final prize which may be up to $5,000 evenly (up to $1,000 each), or
- Continue the game, where one finalist is eliminated at random and another round begins.
- This process continues, round by round, until:
- A unanimous split is agreed upon, or
- One finalist remains, who wins the up to $5,000.
Attendance Rules
- Only finalists present at the Holiday Ball may vote to split or continue.
- Absent finalists do not vote and are bound by the decision of those present.
- If none of the five finalists are present, the raffle continues automatically until a single winner remains.
Prize Distribution
- Winners present will receive their checks that evening.
- Winners not present will receive checks by mail within 10 business days.
- Winners of $600 or more must complete a W-9 form before payment.
Additional Notes:
- You do not need to be present to win.
- All ticket sales are final.
- All proceeds benefit Mason-Deerfield Rotary's service initiatives.
- The EverGREEN Committee reserves final authority on rules, procedures, and decisions.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that if your ticket is selected during the raffle, your name may be publicly displayed:
- On screens throughout the event venue, and
- Broadcast live on our club’s website and/or social media platforms as part of the event coverage.
