The Ball
A one-of-a kind, signature holiday event for our community, hosted by the Rotary Club of Mason Deerfield — a Christmas Tree Auction and Holiday Ball. On November 21, 2026 at Manor House in Mason, Ohio.
In our second year, our black-tie event will feature:
• Preview of decorated trees for viewing and auction
• A VIP cocktail party
• Plated dinner followed by dancing
• Evergreen Elimination Raffle
• Jazz Lounge and Bourbon Bar,
• Casino activities and cocktail bar

Christmas Tree Donations and Auction
Share your time and talents by donating a decorated tree for auction. There are two categories: Table Top and Standing Trees (no taller than 10')
The trees will be displayed in at the Mason Community Center (6050 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason) during normal business hours from Monday, November 23, 2026 to December 6, 2026. The trees will be available to view online to bid to own.
Proceeds of the Christmas Tree Auction will help to fund Community Grants for deserving organizations doing great work in our community and Service Awards to graduating seniors residing in The City of Mason and Deerfield Township.
