Christmas Tree Display and Auction Participation Guidelines

The Christmas Tree Auction and Holiday Ball is in it's inaugural year of an annual event for the City of Mason and Deerfield Township community.  The event raising money for The Rotary Club of Mason Deerfield's programs: Service Awards for graduating seniors residing in Mason and Deerfield Township, Community Grants for local organizations and International Rotary Programs.

The trees will be displayed at The Mason Community Center (during normal business hours) from Sunday, November 24, 2024 – December 6, 2024. Trees will be available to view online to purchase or place a bid.

There are two Tree Categories – Professional and Novice. The Professional Category is reserved for any business or organization in the décor business and /or any business or organization that has a Marketing department decorating a tree. The Novice Category is reserved for small businesses, individual groups or individuals decorating a tree. The “Best …” for each Category will be announced at the Community Tree lightings. (The City of Mason Tree lighting – The Novice Category and The Deerfield Township Tree Lighting – the Professional Category.)  Download and complete the participation form below.

Trees may be purchased by an individual, a business or by an individual to be donated to another individual or non-profit on their behalf. The Rotary Club of Mason Deerfield will display a list at the tree display and online of charitable donation opportunities.

On November 23, 2024, doors will open at Manor House at 9:00 AM for decorators to assemble and decorate their trees. All trees must be finished by 12:00 PM ET. See decorating guidelines below.
