Christmas Tree Auction

Get ready to deck the halls, dazzle the community, and do some good along the way! The Rotary Club of Mason Deerfield’s Holiday Ball & Christmas Tree Auction is back and we would love for you to be part of the magic. 

Whether you’re a creative soul, a small business, or just someone who loves the holidays, this is your chance to shine. Sponsor and decorate a tree that will light up faces and hearts throughout the season. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

• Be featured at our elegant Holiday Ball, where trees will be auctioned or raffled off
• Move to the Mason Community Center, where it becomes part of a festive winter  wonderland that brought smiles, family photos, and holiday cheer to hundreds of visitors last year!

• Large: 5-8 foot Trees – Limited to 20 sponsors | Auctioned off
• Medium: 3-4 foot Trees – Limited to 10 sponsors | Raffled off  
• Small: 2-foot Trees – Limited to 4 sponsors | Raffled off

Because it feels good to give - and it's a whole lot of fun, too!

• Grants for local nonprofits doing amazing work  
• Service awards for graduating students in Mason & Deerfield Township  
• Select International Rotary projects that change lives

And your business, group, or family gets to be part of something festive, joyful, and meaningful this holiday season.

• October 15 – Tree Application Due  • 
• November 21 – Tree Drop-Off / Pick-up  
• November 22 – Holiday Ball + Tree Auction & Raffle  
• Nov 24 – Dec 4 – Trees on Display at Mason Community Center  
• December 5 –Winners Announced  
• December 7 – Tree Delivery or Pick-Up

You can buy a tree for yourself or your business or donate it to someone in need! All bidding and raffle closes on Thursday, December 4.
