The Ball
Rotary Club of Mason and Deerfield Township is inviting you to the second annual Holiday Ball and Christmas Tree Auction. A one-of-a-kind, signature holiday event for our community. On November 22, 2025, the black tie event will feature a Preview of Decorated Trees for auction, catered dinner followed by dancing, Bourbon Ball and Jazz Band, Casino activities and Cocktail Bar, and new this year: Evergreen Elimination. Evergreen Elimination is a Reverse Raffle with the opportunity to win up to $5,000 while giving to three amazing charities.
Join us and kick off your holiday season celebrating with friends, family or co-workers. Come for dinner, but stay for the fun.
Tree Donations and Auction
Share your time and talents by donating a decorated tree for donation. There are two categories: Table Top and Full Size (Full Size trees must be no more than 7' with attached topper.
Trees need to be fully decorated and on display at Manor House by 3:00 PM, November 22. Auction begins during the Ball and continues until December 6 at Noon. Trees will be on display at the Mason Community Center from Sunday, November 23 through December 6.
